Community Guidelines
Be respectful, do not harass others, do not post dangerous medical instructions, and remember that community discussions are not professional veterinary care.
Keep Discussions Respectful
Treat other pet owners, service providers, and VetNara team members with respect. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, personal attacks, impersonation, or content intended to shame or intimidate another person.
Share Helpful Pet-Care Experiences
You may share personal experiences, general care tips, product experiences, and questions. Make it clear when something is only your experience and not professional veterinary advice.
Do Not Replace Veterinary Care
Do not tell someone to ignore urgent symptoms, delay care, change medication, or follow treatment instructions without a licensed veterinarian. For emergencies, users should contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
Protect Privacy
Do not post private information about yourself or others, including addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, medical records for people, financial documents, or information you do not have permission to share.
No Spam or Unsafe Content
Do not post spam, scams, malware, misleading promotions, graphic cruelty, illegal activity, or instructions that could harm pets or people. VetNara may remove content or restrict accounts when community safety requires it.
Reports and Moderation
Use in-app reporting tools or contact support if you see content that appears abusive, unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate. VetNara may review, remove, limit, or preserve content as needed to operate and protect the service.
